Hazrat Ali AS ne farmaya: Un logon k baarey men jo ummat k faislay chukaanay k liay masnad e qaza par baith jaatay hen haalaankay wo is k ahal nahi hotay, tamaam logon men Khuda k nazdeek 2 shaks ghazab k mustahiq hen. Aik wo jisay Allah ne apnay nafs k hawalay kar dia ho jis k baad wo seedhi raah se hata ho. Biddat ki baton par qurbaan aur gumrahi ki tableegh par mita hua hai. Wo apnay maan’nay waalon k liay fitna aur pichlay logon ki hidayat se hata hua hai. Wo tamam un logon k liay jo is ki zindagi men ya us ki moat k baad us ki pairvi Karen gumraah karnay waala hai. Wo doosron k gunahon ka bojh uthaey huay aur khud apni khataaon men jakra hua hai. Aur doosra wo shaks hai jis ne jaahaalat ki baton ko (idhar udhar se) batoar lia hai. Wo ummat k jaahil afraad men dor dhoop karta hai aur fitnon ki taareekiyon men ghaafil o madhosh para rehta hai aur amn o aashti k faaidon se aankhen band kar laita hai. Chand insaani shakl o soorat se miltay jultay huay logon ne usay aalim ka laqab de rakha hai haalaankay wo aalim nahi hai. Wo aisi baton ko samaitnay k liay mun andheray nikal parta hai jin ka na hona, honay se behtar hai. Yahan tak k wo is ganday paani se sairaab ho laita hai aur be faaida baton ko jama kar laita hai to logon men qaazi ban kar baith jaata hai aur doosron par shubay men reh jaanay waalay masaail k hal karnay ka zimma le laita hai. Agar koi uljha hua masla us k saamnay paish hota hai to apni raaey se us k liay bharti ki farsooda daleelain muhayya kar laita hai aur phir us par yaqeen bhi kar laita hai. Is tarah wo shubhaat k uljhaao men phansa hua hai jis tarah makri khud apnay hi jaalay k andar. Wo khud ye nahi jaanta k us ne sahi hukm dia hai k ghalat. Agar saheeh baat bhi kahi hai to us ko ye andhesha hota hai k kaheen ghalat na ho aur ghalat jawaab ho to us ko yehi tawaqo rehti hai k k shaayad yehi sahi ho. Wo jahaalaton men bhataknay waala jaahil aur apni nazar k dhundhla pan k saath taareekiyon men bhataknay waali sawaariyon par sawaar hai. Na is ne haqeeqat e ilm ko parkha na us ki the tak puhancha. Wo riwaayaat ko is tarah darham barham karta hai jis tarah hawa sookhay huay tinkon ko. Khuda ki qasam wo in masaail k hal karnay ka ahal nahi jo is se poochay jaatay hen na is mansab k qaabil hai jo isay supurd kya gaya hai. Jis cheez ko wo nahi jaanta is cheez ko wo koi qaabil e zikr ilm hi nahi qaraar daita aur jahan tak wo puhanch sakta hai is k aagay wo samajhta hi nahi k koi doosra puhanch sakta hai aur jo baat us ki samajh men nahi aati usay pi jaata hai kyun k wo apni jahaalat ko khud jaanta hai. Allah se hi shikwa hai un logon ko jo jahaalat men jeetay hen aur gumraahi men mar jaatey hen. In men quran se zyada koi be qeemat cheez nahi jab k usay is tarah paish kya jaaey jaisay paish karnay ka huq hai. Aur Quran se zyada in men koi maqbool cheez nahi is waqt jab k is ki ayaton ka be mehal istemaal kya jaey. In k nazdeek naiki se zyada koi buraae aur buraae se zyada koi naiki nahi (Khutba 17 Nehjul Balagha)


Jab in men se kisi aik k samney koi maamla faislay k liay paish hota hai to wo apni raey se is ka hokum laga daitey hen. Phr wohi masla aisay hi doosrey k samney paish hota hai to wo is pehlay k hukm k khilaf hokum daita hai. Phir ye tamam qaazi apney is khalifa k paas jama hotey hen jis ne inhen qaazi bana rakha hai. Wo in sab ki raaey ko sahi qarar daita hai haalaankey in ka Allah aik Nabi aik aur kitab aik. Kya Allah ne inhen ikhtilaf ka hukum dya tha aur ye ikhtilaf kar k US ka hukum baja laatey hen ya IS ne to ikhtilaaf se yaqeenan mana kya hai aur ye ikhtilaf kar k amadan IS ki nafarmaani karna chahtey hen. Ya ye k Allah ne deen ko adhura chor dya tha aur in se takmeel k liay haath bataney ka khwahishmand hua tha ya ye k ye Allah k shareek thay k inhen IS k ahkaam men dakhal dainey ka huq ho aur IS par laazim ho k WO is par razaamand rahey ya ye k Allah ne to deen mukammal utara tha magar is k Rasul ne is k punhchaney aur adaa karney men kotaahi kI thi. Allah ne Quran men to ye farmaya hai k Hum ne kitab men kisi cheez k bayan karney men kotahi nahi ki aur is men har cheez ka waazey bayan hai aur ye bhi kaha hai k Quran k baaz hisay baaz ki tasdeeq kartey hen aur is men koi ikhtilaaf nahi. Chunaachey Allah ka ye irshaad hai k agar ye Quran Allah k ilawa kisi aur ka bheja hua hota to tum is men kaafi ikhtilaaf paatey aur ye k is ka zaahir khush numa aur baatin gehra hai. Na is k ajaaibaat mitney waaley aur na is k lataaif khatam honey waley hen. Zulmat ka parda isi se chaak kya jaata hai (Khutba No 18 Nehjul Balagha)
